Return Policy

Item that are wrongly sent, defective, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery. All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 15 working days.

In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Products with obvious signs of use or sealed products that have been opened.
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Refund Policy (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a credit note will be issued within 5-7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us in our email.

Exchange Policy (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly sent. No other reasons for exchange, cancellation, or refund are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours after the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at help@citylifestyle.in with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.
